Articulated arm core remover with second hoist

ARTICULATED ARM CORE REMOVER WITH SECOND HOIST:
The device  includes a column to be fixed to the floor (where necessary with a suitable foundation) on which is anchored a double arm special hoist with double articulation shaped so as to be able to enter the guarding of the machine to reach the core or the core box  to be lifted.
The system is approved and certificated  for a maximum load of 200 kg and therefore within the scope can also be used for lifting any core boxes .
It is complete with on-board electrical system and an ergonomic control system " Manulift " which allows the operator to drive the hook and at the same time control the movements of ascent and descent of the hook working only with one hand.
In the upper part of the column is instead fixed a second hoist flag with radius of 4 meters with double speed and it can also lift 200 Kg , but with double transfer speed compared to the first .
This second hoist allows the operator to reach the stations of painting and storage of the cores, moving them easily on distances greater than those attainable with the articulated arm .
The core remover is built according to the European standard accident prevention , it is supplied with CE marking and its declaration of conformity .
