“BZV L 50” CANTILEVER SCREW MIXER
Mixing capacity of approximately 60 kg of dry sand, powered by a hermetically sealed, forced ventilation electric motor, 4 poles, with a power of 5.5 HP, protected against possible infiltration.
The system features a reduction through a worm gear reducer, lubricated by oil bath, and a mixing tank with a diameter of 500 mm, constructed from high-wear-resistant steel with a metal structure.
It includes a cast iron cantilever screw with interchangeable blades, fitted with carbide tips. The discharge opening has a flap for controlled flow of the mixed sand, operated by electric limit switches and actuated by a pneumatic cylinder, with a protective mesh structure.
The stainless steel slide for discharging mixed sand and the most wear-prone parts, such as the bottom of the tank and the side, are made from high-wear-resistant sheet metal.
The mixer comes with a cover controlled by a limit switch, an onboard electrical and pneumatic system, and an electrical control panel featuring manual controls for starting and stopping the mixer and for opening and closing the discharge flap.
