MIXING AND PREPARATION GROUP FOR SAND WITH CUSTOMIZABLE RECIPES "MER 100 INS"
The configuration of the mixing plant we are presenting allows each sand shooter machine to be fed with the most suitable mixture, with the option to choose the specific composition of each batch based on a series of preset "recipes" where each individual component of the mixture can be adjusted as desired during setup.
The plant utilizes the following raw materials:
The quantity of each product can be set at will in each recipe, with various levels of flexibility adjustable through different password levels.
The distribution of sand to the various machines is carried out via an automatic sliding cart on dedicated tracks, powered by a series of specially configured multipolar cables.
The various calls from the machines through the level probes positioned in the hoppers are processed in strict chronological order of arrival at the control panel or according to different predefined priority orders established during the plant setup.
Regarding binders, we plan to use a pump group positioned on the ground controlled by the new control panel, which will dose both the resin and the isocyanate in predetermined quantities for introduction into the mixer.
