CONTINUOUS MIXER "MESCOL 4 B1/2300"

The mixer is capable of producing high-quality agglomerated sand for a wide variety of processes currently employed successfully in foundries (furan or phenolic resins, sodium silicate/CO2, sodium silicate/ferrosilicon, sodium silicate/liquid hardeners, Hot-Box, Cold-Box, thermoshock, etc.).

Technical Features

• Mixing Tank: Internal diameter of 175 mm with an openable top cover for standard internal cleaning operations, allowing for approximately 270° rotation to cover a large working area. The distance between the rotation center of the arm and the discharge opening of the agglomerated sand is 2,300 mm. The mixing shaft with its respective cast iron mixing blades and counter blades can be easily extracted from the mixer body, greatly facilitating internal cleaning operations and enabling rapid replacement of worn mixing blades.
• Support Base: Houses the rotating ring that allows the mixing tank to rotate, the pump units for dosing binders, the compressed air treatment group, as well as the pipes and solenoid valves designated for controlling the various functions of the mixer.
• Maximum Output: 4 tons/hour, depending on the type of process used and the components of the mixture to be obtained.
• Total Installed Power: 2 kW (with a dosing pump).
• Standard Supply Voltage: 400 volts, 50 Hz, three-phase.
• Auxiliary Control Voltage: 110 volts, 50 Hz, single-phase.
• Overall Weight of the Complete Machine: 500 kg.
