The C35 AN core shooter is a machine for the production of cores using gas curing processes. The machine is equipped with an intelligent hydraulic plate closing system with automatic position recognition and is designed with the following key features:

• Right-hand clamp is mechanically adjustable with a position indicator, while the left-hand clamp is hydraulically driven with position recognition managed by an electronically controlled proportional hydraulic valve.
• Core evacuation belt with hydraulically controlled lifting system and intelligent position recognition. The belt has a bi-directional operation, allowing the operator to insert a foam rubber support to cradle delicate or complex cores and prevent breakage.
• Hydraulic-driven extractor mounted directly on the machine's tilting frame, featuring chrome-plated guiding rods.
• The belt movement (unidirectional or bidirectional) can be selected by the operator via a simple sequence of commands through the PLC keyboard.
• Full perimeter enclosure with sliding side access doors controlled by safety limit switches.
• Optional integrated gasser within the perimeter enclosure.
• The hydraulic unit is equipped with an air/oil heat exchanger capable of dissipating heat at a rate of 4,500 Kcal/hour with a flow rate of 40 liters/min, maintaining a 25°C difference between the oil inlet temperature and the ambient air.
• Electrical control panel integrated into the enclosure, featuring a Siemens S7 PLC and a color OP 277 display with multilingual software and customizable recipes for various functions:
  • Indication of the type of shooting head (slot, hole, or inserts),
  • Selection of the inserts to use (e.g., Insert 11),
  • Single or double shot with adjustable charge time,
  • Loading frequency,
  • Indication of the shooting pressure,
  • Position of the movable plate with clamps open or closed,
  • Position of the belt during core reception,
  • Belt lowered position,
  • Gassing plate configuration,
  • Gassing and washing time,
  • Indication of gassing and washing pressure,
  • Ability to manage movable parts within the core box,
  • Control over the extraction belt (step-by-step, unidirectional, bidirectional),
  • Management of the extractor.

The filterless shooting system allows operation at reduced shooting pressures.

The machine is constructed in accordance with European safety standards, is CE marked, and comes with a declaration of conformity.
