The automatic coreshooter "B 40 GSE-I" machine is designed for producing cores through processes utilizing gassing for hardening. It features several key components and advanced hydraulic systems to optimize efficiency and safety.

• Hydraulic intelligent clamping group: Includes grooved plates for clamping vertically split core boxes. Each side operates independently, controlled by hydraulic cylinders with automatic position recognition.
• Hydraulic slide: Moves the clamping group and core box 600 mm outside the shooting and gassing zone, giving the operator free access to remove hardened cores.
• Hydraulic extractor: With 20 mm stroke, designed for vertical core ejection through four push points, fully integrated into the base without external components.
• Hydraulic table lift: Provides a 300 mm stroke, equipped with position recognition technology for precise movement.
• Complete perimeter enclosure: Ensures operator safety and allows the slide to move the entire clamping group outside the shooting head while remaining within the safety enclosure.
• Automatic operator doors: Full-height doors controlled by safety limit switches, with sliding side doors for maintenance.

• Mechanical supports for the upper half of horizontally split core boxes.
• Optional integrated gas generator within the enclosure.
• Integrated electrical panel, including a PLC Siemens S7 and a multilingual OP7 display, capable of storing different operational recipes.

5. Shooting pressure (manually adjustable).
