Our products

This machine comes standard with an intelligent hydraulic clamping system with grooved plates for closing vertically divided core boxes, operated by hydraulic cylinders equipped with an automatic position recognition system. The hydraulic-command slide allows the clamping group, with the installed core box, to be moved out of the shooting and gasification position, providing the operator with free access to the top of the core box, enabling the removal of hardened cores from the shooting area.

 

The SPARAANIME in question is a machine for producing cores with all processes that utilize gasification to harden the cores and is designed according to the following features:

 

  • Clamping System: Right and left clamps with a mechanical fastening system for core boxes, with independent intelligent hydraulic movements on both sides, controlled by hydraulic valves with fast/slow options and dedicated software.
  • Hydraulic Slide: A hydraulic-command slide with a stroke of 600 mm is achieved through a hydraulic cylinder and a proximity limit switch.
  • Hydraulic Extractor: The vertical ejection movement operates through four push points with a stroke of 20 mm and is self-guided hydraulically, housed entirely within the clamping base without any external visible parts. This design ensures that the extractor does not obstruct the normal use of the clamping group when the extractor is not in use. The extractor's operation is always managed within the recipes, allowing it to be included or excluded as desired.
  • Hydraulic Table Lift Group: The lifting table is hydraulically operated with a stroke of 300 mm, utilizing an intelligent cylinder with position recognition, controlled by hydraulic valves with fast/slow options and dedicated software.
  • Integral Perimeter Closure: The dimensions of the perimeter closure allow the slide to move the entire clamping group out of the shooting head while remaining within the perimeter closure, complete with full-height automatic doors on the operator's side. For maintenance, the perimeter closure is equipped with side sliding doors controlled by safety limit switches.
  • Optional Mechanical Devices: Devices to support the upper half of the core box when using horizontally divided core boxes.
  • Integrated Gasifier: (optional) included within the perimeter closure.
  • Electrical Panel: Integrated within the closure, with an operator panel supported by a specially designed articulated arm, featuring a Siemens S7 PLC, an OP7 display with multilingual operational software, and memory-storable recipes with the following adjustable parameters:
    1. Indication of the type of shooting head to be used (slot, central hole, cross, or inserts).
    2. Indication of the type of insert to be used (e.g., insert 11, etc.).
    3. Single, double, or triple shooting, each with its own loading time.
    4. Loading frequency.
    5. Indication of the shooting pressure to be used (manual adjustment).
    6. Position of the right half of the core box.
    7. Position of the left half of the core box.
    8. Position of the core box during ascent (against the shooting head). Once this value is set, the machine automatically positions itself for the gasification plate's entry after shooting.
    9. Gasification time.
    10. Washing time.
    11. Indication of the gasification pressure to be used (manual adjustment).
    12. Indication of the washing pressure to be used (manual adjustment).
    13. Slide included or excluded.
    14. Clamps included or excluded.
    15. Option to include an intermediate stop in the cycle for introducing reinforcement or hooks before the shooting cycle.
    16. Option to include an intermediate stop in the cycle for introducing reinforcement or hooks after the shooting cycle.
    17. Option to adopt the cycle variable “extra-long core box,” allowing the slide and thus the core box to move only when the doors are open.

The filterless shooting system adopted on this machine allows for operation with reduced shooting pressures. The machine is constructed in compliance with European safety standards, is marked CE, and is accompanied by a corresponding declaration of conformity.
