The described core shooting machine is designed for core production using gas hardening processes for core curing, featuring the following specifications:
Extremely robust monolithic supporting structure made of cast iron.
Hydraulic table lift/lowering system with a stroke of 450 mm, operated by a plunger cylinder with a rod diameter of 190 mm and an extra-long guide.
Large shooting head with a central hole and perimeter vent filters.
120-liter vibrating hopper with an electric vibrator, mounted on anti-vibration supports to prevent the transmission of vibrations to the rest of the machine.
Micro-slotted filter shooting system allows the machine to be used for small to large cores (up to 150 or 200 Kg) without issues. The machine is built according to European safety standards, is CE certified, and comes with the corresponding declaration of conformity.
