Key Features:

• Pneumatic Clamping System:
  The machine comes standard with a clamping system featuring grooved plates for securely closing vertical core boxes driven by pneumatic cylinders. The clamping system can be excluded from the automatic cycle when not in use.

• Robust Design:
  This core shooter is engineered for efficient core production, featuring:

  • Right and left clamps with a mechanical fastening system (T-slots) and pneumatic movement on both sides.
  • A compact integral perimeter enclosure, complete with a roll-up door for operator access.
  • Optional integration of a gasifier within the perimeter enclosure upon request.
  • A work surface height of 1000 mm, ensuring operator comfort without the need for foundations or floor holes.

• Electrical Control System:
  The electrical panel is directly mounted to the enclosure and features a Siemens S7 PLC with an OP3 display. The multilingual operating software allows configuration of:

  • Clamps activated or excluded from the automatic cycle.
  • Single or double shot options.
  • Load frequency.
  • Gasification time.
  • Washing time.
  • The possibility to insert an intermediate cycle stoppage for the introduction of armature or hooks after the shooting cycle.

• Maintenance Access:
  The perimeter enclosure includes side doors for maintenance access, while the operator side features an automatically controlled transparent PVC roll-up closure.

• Safety Compliance:
  The core shooter employs a filterless shooting system, allowing operation with reduced shooting pressures. It is constructed in compliance with European safety standards, carries CE marking, and comes with a corresponding declaration of conformity.
