The core shooter in question is a machine for producing cores with all the processes that use gasification to harden the cores. This machine comes standard with a pneumatic clamp group with grooved plates for closing vertical division core boxes. By disabling the clamp group using an electrical command, it is also possible to use jobbing core boxes or a single-piece core; in this way, the operator must remove the core box to take out the hardened core.

The machine features a monolithic steel structure designed to enclose all the moving parts of the core shooter to prevent human presence in hazardous areas. The perimeter enclosure is equipped with side doors for maintenance access, while on the operator's side, there is a door automatically controlled by the main control panel.

The machine is supplied complete with a perimeter enclosure, a control electrical panel with programmable logic (PLC), and electrical and pneumatic systems on board. It has the capability to automatically execute cycles with double shooting, providing indications via the display regarding imposed times, any alarm notifications (diagnostics), the number of cycles performed, and the loading frequency.

The filterless shooting system adopted on this machine allows for operation with reduced shooting pressures. The machine is built in compliance with European safety standards.
