AUTOMATIC SAND-CORE MACHINE TYPE "BZV-TM 120 J-DO-DV"
The sand-core machine in question is an automatic machine designed for the production of cores to be used with all currently prevalent cold-box processes.
The machine has a capacity of 120 liters, equivalent to approximately 160 kg of sand, and will be characterized mainly by a mobile frame for the sand core box, on which the lower half of the sand core box is fixed. It features an optional retention system for the upper half of the sand core box (which, at the end of the cycle, is retained within the machine) and a shooting and gasification head equipped with vertical movement for raising and lowering.
To complete the machine, a large-size clamping unit (optional) can be provided, capable of operating with two-part vertical division sand core boxes with maximum dimensions of 1600 x 1000 x 1000 mm.
The clamping unit must be mounted on the machine's mobile frame when necessary, connected to the respective electrical and hydraulic control systems, and production can begin after uninstalling the horizontal division sand core box cover retention system.
The machine will also feature a perimeter closure, within which the gasifier and main electrical panel are enclosed. From there, a pendant arm will extend to the operator interface, which includes the display and operational control panel.
The machine will not require foundations (understood as pits to be made in the floor to accommodate protruding parts of the machine) as it will develop primarily vertically.

To facilitate the removal of cores and molds produced, the machine is equipped with a mobile cart that allows the sand core box or mold to be fully brought outside the machine to an area easily accessible to the operator using lifters (in the case of molds) or hoists for removing hardened cores.
The machine is supplied as standard, complete with perimeter closure, a control electrical panel with programmable logic (PLC) from SIEMENS, and onboard electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
The perimeter closure completely envelops the machine, while the area where the operator mounts the sand core box and removes the hardened cores is protected by a full-height optoelectronic barrier and perimeter protection with netting on the remaining three sides.
