AUTOMATIC SAND CORE SHOOTER TYPE "BZV-TM 130 J-DO-DV"
The sand core shooter in question is an automatic machine for the production of cores to be used with all currently widespread cold-box processes.
The machine has a capacity of 130 liters, equivalent to approximately 160 kg of sand, and will primarily be characterized by a mobile core box carriage to which the lower half of the core box is fixed, by an optional retention system for the upper half of the core box (which is retained inside the machine at the end of the cycle), and by a shooting and gas head equipped with vertical up and down movement.
To complete the machine, a large-size clamping unit (optional) can be provided, capable of operating with two-part vertical division core boxes with maximum dimensions of 1600 x 1000 x 1000 mm.
The clamping unit, when needed, must be mounted on the mobile carriage of the machine, connected to the relevant electrical and hydraulic control systems, and after uninstalling the retention system for the horizontal division core box cover, production can begin.
The machine will also be equipped, like all our constructions, with a perimeter enclosure that houses the gasifier and the main electrical panel, from which the pendulum arm will extend, containing the operator interface with the display and the operational control panel.
The machine will not require foundations (understood as holes to be made in the floor to accommodate protruding parts of the machine) as it will mainly develop vertically.

To facilitate the removal of cores and produced molds, the machine is equipped with a mobile trolley that allows the core box or the mold to be brought entirely out of the machine into an area easily accessible by the operator with lifters (in the case of molds) or hoists for the removal of hardened cores.
The machine is supplied as standard with a complete perimeter enclosure, a control electrical panel with programmable logic (PLC) SIEMENS, and onboard electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
The perimeter enclosure completely wraps the machine, while the area where the operator assembles the core box and removes the hardened cores is protected by a full-height optoelectronic barrier and by a perimeter mesh protection on the remaining three sides.
