Agitator:
Power: 1.1 kW motor.
Type: Marine-style propeller.
Rotation Speed: 700 RPM.
Material: Stainless steel shaft with replaceable propeller blades for easy maintenance and longevity.
Tank Structure:
Material: Constructed from 3 mm thick steel shaped sheet.
Reinforcement: Perimetral reinforcements for added strength and support.
Support for Agitator: Designed to allow the complete removal of the agitator, including the propeller for easy servicing.
Drainage Features:
Sleeve: 2-inch diameter for connecting to a recirculation pump (pump not included).
Drain Plug: For easy emptying of the tank when necessary.
Operator Support:
Upper Edge Design: Shaped perimeter on three accessible sides to provide support for the operator during the core wetting process.
Safety Features:
Internal Reinforcement: Welded mesh to prevent hand contact with the propeller during operation, enhancing operator safety.
Reinforcing Plate: 10 mm thick plate positioned under the agitator (dimensions 500 x 500 mm) to prevent wear of the tank's bottom; this plate is replaceable after wear.
Coating:
Internal and External Finish: Coated with green color RAL 6011 for corrosion resistance and visibility.
