DIPPING TANK FOR PAINTING CORES "VV-500":

Each tank will be equipped with the following features:

1. Agitator:

   • Power: 1.1 kW.
   • Type: Marine-style propeller.
   • Rotation Speed: 700 RPM.
   • Material: Stainless steel shaft with replaceable propeller blades for extended service life.

2. Tank Structure:

   • Material: Steel shaped sheet (3 mm thick) for robust construction.
   • Reinforcement: Perimetral reinforcements for added structural integrity.
   • Agitator Support: Designed for easy removal of the complete agitator assembly, including the propeller.
   • Drainage Features:
     • Sleeve: 2-inch for connection to a recirculation pump (not included).
     • Drain Plug: For convenient emptying of the tank.

3. Operator Support:

   • Upper Edge Design: Shaped perimeter on three accessible sides to assist the operator during core wetting operations.

4. Safety Features:

   • Internal Reinforcement: Welded mesh to prevent hand contact with the propeller during operation.
   • Reinforcing Plate: 10 mm thick, located under the agitator (500 mm x 500 mm), to prevent wear of the tank's bottom; this plate is replaceable after wear.

5. Coating:

   • Finish: Coated both inside and outside in green color RAL 6011 for corrosion resistance.

6. Dimensions:

   • Basic Dimensions: 1425 mm (length) x 900 mm (width).
   • Rim Height from the Ground: 900 mm.
