This gas generator is engineered to safely and effectively dose amine during the core gassing process. It is housed in a specialized cabinet that is divided into three distinct areas to ensure optimal functionality and safety.

Cabinet Structure:

1. Electric Control Panel:

   • Houses the Siemens S7 PLC and control electronics.
   • Features a Siemens monochrome display with a keyboard for adjusting settings and diagnostics.

2. Pneumatic System Area:

   • Dedicated space for the pneumatic components and the amine dosing pump.

3. Purge Air Heater Area:

   • Contains the high-performance heating units for purge air.

• Hermetically Sealed Amine Dosing Pump:

  • Equipped with a magnetic drive and explosion-proof electric motor to ensure safety and reliability.

  • Facilitates easy regulation of the amount of liquid amine dosed during the gassing of the core.

• Pressure Regulation System:

  • Complete regulation system for working pressures, featuring:
    • Low Starting Pressure: Adjustable during the gassing phase to ensure proper operation of the dosing pump.
    • Adjustable Purging Pressure: The system gradually increases pressure to achieve complete curing of the core, with the final value and rate of increase adjustable by the operator.

• Two-Stage High-Performance Heaters:

  • Designed for purge air, with adjustable working temperature set points (max. 130 °C).
  • Dual temperature control via microprocessors with PID functions and digital temperature displays for precise monitoring.

• Filtering Unit for Liquid Amine:

  • Includes liquid shut-off valves upstream and downstream to prevent debris from entering the metering pump.

• Control Panel Features:

  • Siemens S7 PLC for robust control and diagnostics.
  • Monochrome display for ease of use and alarm notifications.
