The gas generator is specifically designed for the controlled dosing of amine, facilitating efficient core gassing processes. All essential components are housed in a specialized control station divided into three sections to enhance operational efficiency and safety.

Cabinet Structure:

1. Control Panel and Electric Components:

   • Centralized location for all electrical controls, ensuring streamlined operation and monitoring.

2. Pneumatic System and Dosing Pump:

   • Dedicated area for the pneumatic components and dosing pump, which delivers amine during the gassing cycle.

3. High-Performance Electric Heater:

   • Facilitates the heating necessary for amine vaporization and purge air.

Key Features:

• Volumetric Dosing Pump:

  • The pump is completely sealed and magnetically driven, powered by an ADPE electric motor, ensuring precision in the dosing of amine.

• Real-Time Monitoring:

  • A special internal device measures the actual quantity of amine dispensed into the core, ensuring accurate dosing during the gassing cycle.

• Pressure Control System:

  • Features a comprehensive system that allows:
    • Low Pressure during the gassing phase for optimal pump function, adjustable to suit operational needs.

  • Designed for efficient vaporization of amine and heating of purge air, with a maximum working temperature of 130°C.

• Main Filtering System:

  • Includes a filter with double shut-off valves on both the inlet and outlet of amine to prevent contamination of the dosing pump.
