HIGH-SPEED CONTINUOUS MIXER BZV TYPE MEC 100 FOR SELF-HARDENING POLYURETHANE THREE-COMPONENT PROCESS:

The mixer features a mixing arm capable of rotating 150° via a ring fixed to the base, which supports the entire assembly. It comprises the following components:

1) PUMP DOSING GROUP, RECIRCULATION SYSTEMS, AND INJECTORS:

• Pump Groups: Two electronically variable-speed pump units for resin and isocyanate, and a piston dosing pump with electronically adjustable flow for the catalyst.
• Recirculation Systems: Three recirculation systems, each consisting of a three-way pneumatic valve and the corresponding injector for dosage control, along with all necessary fittings.
• High-Performance Pre-mixing System: One high-performance pre-mixing system, which includes a stainless steel static mixer with calibrated passage injectors, one-way valves, and connection fittings as needed.

2) CONTROL ELECTRICAL PANEL:

The electrical panel will be designed to be mounted on the base of the mixer and will contain all the necessary electrical equipment for the automatic operation of the mixer, as well as the equipment to perform simple and safe calibrations of the various products. The connections between the panel and the mixer will be made using appropriately sized sleeves and cables.

The operator will have access to a control panel containing the following commands:

• Start and stop controls for the mixer.
• Indicator light for alarm in case of sand shortage.
• Emergency button.

The supply voltage for the control electrical panel must be: 400 Volts three-phase + ground.

3) DRY SAND DOSING SLIDE GROUP:

• Dosing Slide: One slide for dosing sand, consisting of an upper hopper and an independent pneumatic control slide. It features a mechanical adjustment system and a sand presence control sensor, which stops the mixer in the event of a sand shortage (or prevents it from starting).

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS:

• Mixing Shaft: The mixing shaft is equipped with a specially designed drive system to allow for quick removal from the mixer body, facilitating cleaning and maintenance operations.
