Painting tank for core "VV 5000"

Each tank will be equipped with the following features and characteristics:

1. Agitators:

   • Power: Two 1.1 kW motors.
   • Type: Marine-style propellers.
   • Rotation Speed: 700 RPM.
   • Material: Stainless steel shafts with replaceable propeller blades to ensure longevity and ease of maintenance.

2. Tank Structure:

   • Material: Constructed from 4 mm thick steel shaped sheet for enhanced durability.
   • Reinforcement: Perimetral reinforcements for added strength and stability.
   • Agitator Supports: Designed to facilitate the complete removal of the agitators, including the final propellers for easy servicing.
   • Drainage Features:
     • Sleeve: 2-inch diameter for connecting to a recirculation pump (pump not included).
     • Drain Plug: For easy and effective emptying of the tank when necessary.

3. Operator Support:

   • Upper Edge Design: Shaped perimeter on three accessible sides, providing support for the operator during the core wetting process.

4. Safety Features:

   • Internal Reinforcement: Welded mesh to prevent hand contact with the propellers during operation, enhancing operator safety.
   • Reinforcing Plate: 10 mm thick plate positioned under the agitators (dimensions 500 mm x 500 mm) to prevent wear of the tank’s bottom; this plate is replaceable after wear.

5. Coating:

   • Internal and External Finish: Coated in green color RAL 6011 for corrosion resistance and visibility.

6. Capacity:

   • Tank Capacity: 5,000 liters, accommodating a substantial volume of water-based paints and coatings.
