Pneumatic Propeller "L49-VF"

Each propeller is equipped with all the components necessary for both automatic and manual operation of the entire pneumatic transport system. Specifically, it consists of the following essential parts:

• Material Presence Control Probe: Prevents the operation of the propeller in the absence of sand.
• Butterfly Valve with Pneumatic Actuator and Electric Limit Switch: For opening and closing operations.
• Dry Sand Inlet Tube: Equipped with a flange and corresponding counter-flange.
• Propeller Body: Constructed from welded steel with a capacity of 49 liters.
• Residual Pressure Relief Valve with Silencer: To manage pressure safely.
• Dual Air Inlet for Reduced Working Pressures: Allows for significant compressed air savings.
• Lower Terminal with Unified Flange DN80 PN10: For secure connections.
• Support Feet and Floor Mounting Fixtures: To ensure stability and proper installation.
• Junction Box: Collects all electrical conduits, with a numbered terminal board and integrated electrical and pneumatic systems.

Inside the pneumatic control panel, built as a floor-standing cabinet, all pneumatic equipment is housed, responsible for commanding and controlling the various operations that constitute the pneumatic transport system. This includes solenoid valves, pressure regulators, and pneumatic valves that control the propeller, along with the corresponding electrical and pneumatic systems onboard.
