Propulsor for Pneumatic Transport

Each propulsor is equipped with all the components necessary for automatic and manual operation of the entire pneumatic transport system. Specifically, it consists of the following fundamental parts:

• Material Presence Control Probe: Prevents the operation of the propulsor in the absence of sand.
• Butterfly Valve Opening and Closing Device: Includes a pneumatic actuator and an electric limit switch for control.
• Dry Sand Inlet Pipe: Comes with a flange and corresponding counter-flange.
• Propulsor Body: Constructed from welded steel with a capacity of 24 liters.
• Residual Pressure Relief Valve: Equipped with a silencer.
• Double Air Inlet for Ejection: Allows for lower operating pressures and significant savings in compressed air.
• Lower Terminal with Unified Flange: DN80 PN10.
• Support Feet: For floor mounting and securing.
• Junction Box: Collects all electrical conduit, featuring a numbered terminal block and electrical and pneumatic systems.

Inside the pneumatic control panel, all pneumatic equipment is housed, which is responsible for commanding and controlling the various operations that collectively constitute the pneumatic transport system in question. The following components are included inside:

• Electrovalves
• Pressure Regulators
• Pneumatic Valves: Control the propulsor along with the relevant electrical and pneumatic systems onboard.
