The "MBF 073" ATEX Powder Dosing Device is specifically designed for the precise dosing of powder additives, adhering to ATEX standards for use in potentially explosive environments. This micro-doser features two motor reducers: one dedicated to dosing and another for the movement of the powder to be dosed.
Transport Tubing and Features:
The transport tubing is equipped with a hammer discharge system, complemented by a transparent window that allows for easy monitoring of the dosing process. This design ensures that operators can maintain control over the powder dispensing without interrupting the workflow.
The hopper is constructed with a safety grid at the top and includes a flange for secure attachment to the powder dosing unit. It also features connection points for mounting and supporting both the hopper and the dosing device.
To ensure consistent operation, the hopper is fitted with a minimum level probe that signals any lack of product to the main control panel. All components in contact with the product are made from AISI 304 stainless steel, providing durability and resistance to corrosion.
