Seven Silos for Dry Sand

The silos designed for storing dry sand feature a monolithic structure complemented by bolted accessory parts for easy assembly during installation. Each silo boasts the following dimensions and characteristics:

• Cylindrical Section: Diameter of 3,000 mm and a height of 4,500 mm.
• Theoretical Capacity: Total capacity (including cone and cylindrical parts) of 35.7 m³.
• Conical Bottom: Equipped with a central flange connection for a DN 150 valve.
• Asymmetric Product Extraction: Featuring a flange connection for a DN 150 valve.
• Upper Conical Section: Walkable design with a sealed access point for internal inspections.
• Vertical Support Columns: Made in two removable parts to facilitate the final transport of the silo, reinforced with bracing.
• Level Sensors: Three level probes for rotary paddle indicators (empty, minimum, medium) with onboard electrical installations and connections to the junction box.
• Pressure Control Valve: Located at the top for anti-explosion and anti-implosion protection, complete with a protective mushroom cap and steel collar for securing to the silo.
• Flange Connection: Designed for the dust extraction system.
• Ground Loading Pipe: Featuring a unified flange.
• Replaceable Wear-Resistant Product Loading Box: Ensures longevity and reliability.
• Base Plates: For secure anchoring to the ground.
• Access Ladder: Featuring a safety railing (available only on one silo).
• Safety Railings: Located on top of the silo for maintenance access.
• Connecting Walkways: Between the silos for safe movement and operations.
