Weighting system for dry sand and additivs

MULTI-COMPARTMENT INTERNAL HOPPER WITH RELATIVE STRUCTURE

This hopper is designed to accumulate dry sand in its three internal compartments, which will then be extracted and weighed before being introduced into the mixer. Each compartment is equipped with a total passage butterfly valve at the bottom, which will feed a rotary doser by gravity, responsible for extracting the exact quantity of sand and inserting it into a preloading hopper equipped with a weighing system using dedicated load cells.

The quantities of each type of sand will be managed to meet the parameters set on the recipe selected on the electrical control panel. Each compartment will be equipped with three level indicators (sand presence, working level, and overfull alarm), a bolted top cover, a flange for connecting to the dust extraction system, and support brackets for the rotary doser.

The entire hopper will be provided on a specially constructed support structure, complete with an onboard electrical system.
